Salary: $15.00/HR

Hours: Full time and Part time available

Full Time: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Part Time: Monday - Friday, 5:00pm - 9:00pm and Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Pay: $15.00/HR 

Duties:

  • Triple-check tax returns before transmission using a detailed checklist

  • Verify accuracy and completeness of client information and preparer entries

  • Identify and flag discrepancies for correction prior to submission

  • Maintain organized records of reviewed returns and checklist documentation

  • Support the tax team

Qualifications: 

  • Detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy

  • Entry-level position — training provided

  • Ability to follow structured checklists and procedures consistently

  • Basic computer and data entry skills required

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple returns efficiently

  • Team player with good communication skills
