Salary: $17.00/HR+

Hours: Monday - Friday, 4:00pm - 8:00pm and Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Pay: $17.00/HR+, based on experience

Duties:

• Double-check tax preparers’ work in front of clients to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Answer client questions that tax preparers may not be able to address

• Manage evening shift staff, providing guidance and support throughout operations

• Resolve conflicts and problems quickly and professionally to maintain smooth workflow

• Communicate effectively with both clients and team members to foster trust and efficiency

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 3 years tax filing experience in a company setting

• Prior tax preparation experience required with strong knowledge of filing procedures

• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team

• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

• Excellent communication skills for client-facing and internal interactions

• Ability to work evenings and oversee shift operations
