Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated Operations/Parts Specialist to join an established parts team. If you’re customer-focused, energetic, and ready to keep things moving smoothly, this role might be the perfect fit!

📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver top-notch customer service both internally and externally

• Process parts sales orders and returns with accuracy

• Assist technicians in locating the right parts

• Support ordering, stocking, shipping, and receiving of parts

• Help with parts inventory, including cycle and yearly counts

• Keep the department and work area organized and clean

• Handle parts pickup and delivery

• Participate in annual training sessions

• Perform other duties as assigned by management

✅ Qualifications:

• Parts and inventory experience preferred but not required

• Strong customer service skills, both face-to-face and over the phone

• Ability to multitask effectively

• Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs

• Comfortable and skilled with computer use
