Forklift Operator

Salary: $17.00-$19.00

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a forklift in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment and will be responsible for moving, loading, and unloading materials efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down, stand-up, or reach forklifts (as required) to move materials and products

• Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers safely and efficiently

• Stack and organize inventory in designated areas

• Conduct daily forklift inspections and report any mechanical issues

• Follow safety guidelines and OSHA regulations at all times

• Assist with general warehouse duties when not operating forklift

• Maintain accurate records of inventory movement

Requirements:

• Recent forklift operating experience required

• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain one before starting

• Ability to lift up to [50] lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Attention to detail and strong safety awareness

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting

• Familiarity with RF scanners or inventory systems
