We’re seeking a skilled Medical Office Support Assistant to join a respected healthcare team in St. Joseph. If you’ve worked in a medical office—or have strong front desk and administrative skills—you’ll thrive in this role. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor will ensure patients feel valued while the office runs smoothly.

📋 What You’ll Do

• Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and care

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and relay accurate messages

• Guide patients through check-in, intake, and forms

• Collect co-pays and provide receipts

• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and documentation

• Assist with scanning, copying, and mail tasks

• Support providers and office staff as needed

🌟 What We’re Looking For

• Prior medical office or clinical front desk experience strongly preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Accuracy in data entry and Microsoft Office programs

• Dependable, professional, and organized under pressure

• Able to balance multiple tasks in a busy environment
