Hiring Immediately – Insurance Verification Specialist 

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Insurance Verification Specialist for a medical supply company in Washington, PA.

💲 Pay: $18/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between patients, physicians' offices, and insurance companies
• Verify insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility
• Obtain prior authorizations and required documentation
• Follow up with insurance providers regarding claims, approvals, and billing issues
• Communicate with patients regarding insurance requirements and account information
• Enter and maintain accurate patient and insurance information in company systems
• Assist with medical billing and accounts receivable follow-up as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with insurance verification is required
• Knowledge of medical terminology, diagnostic codes, and medical billing processes preferred
• Strong computer, data entry, and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

Schedule:
Monday–Friday
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
