Maintenance Technician II or III – Industrial Manufacturing
Location: Gridley, IL (just north of Bloomington/Normal)
Pay: Around $30/hour, depending on experience

We’re hiring for a Maintenance Technician to join a clean, well-organized food manufacturing facility. In this role, you’ll handle equipment repairs, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot urgent issues — helping keep production running smoothly and safely.

You'll work with a team that values quality, problem-solving, and innovation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on mechanical and electrical experience, especially with:

• Electronic control systems

• Pneumatics and hydraulics

• PLCs and automation systems

• Industrial refrigeration

• Schematics, P&IDs, motor controls, and VFDs

What We're Looking For:

• Strong mechanical and electrical background

• Hands-on experience with manufacturing or industrial machinery

• Refrigeration or food manufacturing experience is a plus

• Electrical exposure or experience is required

• We're also open to candidates with related skills, even outside direct machine tech roles
