Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced  Service Technician to join our team at a family-owned auto repair shop. This role requires a commitment to the company’s mission, customer satisfaction, and teamwork. The Senior Service Technician will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles while ensuring all work meets company standards and is checked by the Shop and Service Manager or Owner/Operator. Continuing education is a must, as you will stay up-to-date with industry changes and vehicle advancements.

Job Description:

• Dedicate yourself to the company’s mission and customer satisfaction.

• Follow company policies and procedures as outlined in task-specific guidelines.

• Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve company goals.

• Diagnose, inspect, repair, service, and/or overhaul vehicle problems and maintenance.

• Continuously educate yourself through industry-recognized classes, seminars, and tests to stay current with changes in the industry and new vehicle models.

Experience Required:

• 5+ years of automotive repair experience on all makes and models.

• Working knowledge of relevant industry software applications (e.g., All Data) to locate TSBs.

• Working knowledge of diagnostic scanners and alignment systems.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Technical/Trade degree in automotive repair or 2+ years of college – A Plus.

• ASE Certification – A Plus.

• Master Certification – A Plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently.

• Comfortable standing, bending, squatting, lifting, and moving as required.
