We are looking for a responsible Delivery Driver to distribute products promptly to customers. You will represent the company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Deliver Products: Safely deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and locations through different routes.

Route Management: Follow designated routes and adhere to the specified time schedule to ensure timely deliveries.

Vehicle Management: Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate the delivery vehicle responsibly and efficiently.

Customer Interaction: Interact with customers professionally, asking for feedback on the services provided and resolving any complaints promptly and courteously. Collect payments from customers, providing receipts and maintaining accurate records of transactions.

Customer Communication: Inform customers about new products, services, and promotions in a clear and persuasive manner.

Documentation: Complete accurate logs and reports related to deliveries, payments, and customer interactions.

Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and safety standards at all times to ensure a safe and secure delivery process.
