This position provides essential administrative coverage for a company that sells and repairs industrial air compressors, vacuums, sump pumps, and commercial tire inflators. You will support daily office operations while the current administrative assistant is on maternity leave. The role focuses heavily on data entry, customer communication, and ensuring accurate order information.

Job Duties:

  • Receive and route incoming customer requests via phone and email.
  • Make outbound calls to customers to verify order details and update records.
  • Provide administrative support to branch managers and team members.
  • Perform data entry tasks in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Answer incoming calls and transfer them to appropriate personnel.
  • Support material management activities including shipping, receiving, and returning of parts.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical files.
  • Assist with general office tasks as needed to keep daily operations running smoothly.
