Print Production Customer Service Representative

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Dubuque, IA 

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by framing artwork, photos, and prints from large format printers.
• Operate printing, finishing, and bindery equipment, ensuring high-quality output.
• Learn and execute reprographics and digital printing tasks as required.
• Maintain attention to detail and adhere to quality control standards.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptability to learn and perform various printing and finishing tasks.
• Previous art background or framing experience is a plus.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with possible overtime.
