Exciting Opportunities!!!! We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Associates for potential long-term opportunities (contract-to-hire) with a growing company. The positions are expected to by mostly remote (potential for a hybrid work schedule for the initial training, but long-term likely all remote). The work shift is Monday - Friday, 11 AM to 8 PM. 

As a member of our Customer Service team, you will provide support to customers via chat, phone, and an internal ticketing system. For example, if an agent needs to obtain a license to sell insurance or renew an existing license, most states require the agent to take certain continuing education courses. You will support the insurance agent with pre-sales and post-sale concerns regarding their online courses. You will also assist insurance agents with logging into their account, navigating to the courses, troubleshooting any issues with the courses, providing course completion records, and providing the agents with positive experience.

Responsibilities

• Answering customer inquiries via phone, email or chat with an exceptional level of

customer service

• Resolving customer issues in a timely manner

• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

• Continuously improving customer service skills and knowledge

• Ability to learn RegEd’s products and explain detail to clients upon completion of training

Skills

• Ability to type at least 35 WPM

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work independently and with a team as needed

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1+ year of customer service experience

• 1+ year of call center experience

• 3+ years of Microsoft Office experience
