Your Role

As Controller, you will oversee all accounting operations and provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic insight to the finance team. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead, train, and mentor an accounting team of 8

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger

• Perform period-end close, financial statement preparation, forecasting, and analysis

• Partner with the leadership team to drive budgeting, cash flow management, and strategic financial planning

Background Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred

• 10+ years of professional accounting experience

• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills

• Experience with Sage or similar accounting software a plus
