Express Employment Professionals is hiring Electronic Assemblers for a well-established manufacturing company in the Houston, PA area!

No experience? No problem! Paid training is provided, and you'll be cross-trained in multiple departments, including SMT Machine Operation and the Burn Room, giving you the opportunity to build valuable skills and grow your career in electronics manufacturing.

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) using color-coded assembly instructions.
• Install mechanical and electronic components using hand tools, torque drivers, pop riveters, and air tools.
• Inspect components for accuracy and quality.
• Perform basic go/no-go testing on completed assemblies.
• Follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required—we'll train the right candidate!
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
• Ability to identify color-coded components.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
• Must be able to pass a background screening.
