This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, being part of a team, and contributing to building projects from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and maintain a variety of construction tools and equipment
• Assist skilled trades (carpenters, equipment operators, etc.)
• Prepare job sites by clearing debris and hazards
• Load, unload, and transport heavy materials
• Assemble and dismantle temporary structures (scaffolding, barriers, etc.)
• Dig, move, compact, or fill earth as needed
• Follow directions from supervisors and crew leaders
• Support general construction tasks and daily operations
• Perform site clean-up and maintain a safe work environment
• Learn new skills through on-the-job training
