Seasonal Harvest Jobs | $15–$22/Hour + Significant Overtime

Ready to work hard and stack up your earnings this harvest season? We are hiring dependable people for several seasonal agricultural positions throughout the Champaign-Urbana area and surrounding communities.

During peak harvest weeks, employees may work 12-hour shifts, seven days a week. That means LOTS of overtime and serious earning potential for people ready to show up and put in the hours!

Open Positions

Harvest Laborers | $15–$18/hour

Support daily harvest operations with general labor, site cleanup, equipment support, and other physical duties as assigned.

Seasonal CDL A or CDL B Drivers | $20–$22/hour

Must have a valid Class A or Class B CDL with a Tanker endorsement and recent manual driving experience!

Heavy Equipment Operators | $18–$20/hour

Operate end loaders and assist with material movement throughout the facility. Previous heavy equipment or end-loader experience is strongly preferred. A valid driver’s license is required.

Scale Operators | $17–$20/hour

Weigh incoming and outgoing trucks, record load information, complete basic paperwork or computer entry, and communicate clearly with drivers and facility employees.

What You Need to Know

• These are seasonal harvest positions.

• Work is performed outdoors in changing weather conditions.

• Peak weeks may require 12-hour shifts, seven days per week.

• Day, night, weekend, and overtime availability may be required.

• Most locations are outside city limits and are not accessible by public transportation.

• Reliable personal transportation is required.

• Dependability is critical. Harvest operations cannot slow down because someone does not show up.

• Candidates must be able to work safely in a fast-paced agricultural environment.
