We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Commercial Janitors to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across our commercial property. This role is essential to creating a safe, welcoming, and hygienic environment for employees, clients, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of floors and surfaces
• Sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors
• Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
• Follow all safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
• Lock and secure buildings after hours (if applicable)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous janitorial or custodial experience in a commercial setting is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
