Salary: $32-$43/hr DOE
Hours: 1st Shift (Must be flexible)
Dress code: Jeans and all shirts with collars (including polo shirts & button-down shirts), crew/v-neck t-shirts (no screened graphics/logos). We do require steel-toed boots in the field
Job Description: The Construction Site Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating all activity associated with the construction of the project in accordance with the established schedules, budgets, plans, and specifications. Requires minimal supervision.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Science in technical field or a construction-related discipline is preferred.
Minimum of five years practical experience in the construction industry is required.
Or education equivalent of Bachelor of Science or Engineering Technology degree with a minimum of two years practical experience.
Experience with Construction documentation, and cloud-based construction management software.
Physical Requirements and work environment:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Subject to inside environmental conditions.
Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds at times.
Ability to reach above and below the waist.
Must be able to bend, squat, kneel and crawl.
Ability to use fingers to pick, feel and grasp objects.
Ability to use both hands for repetitive motion.
Ability to bend and twist body as required.
Visual and auditory acuity.
Conformance with Client requirements and government mandates to maintain operations.
