SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 8:30am -5:30pm

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Must be bilingual English and Spanish speaking individual who is detail oriented and dependable to join our team. Ideal candidate must be able to manage several tasks in a fast-paced office environment. Along with the following essential duties:
  • Computer Skills including Word and Excel
  • Accounting / Balancing and Reconciliation
  • Quickbooks Invoicing/Purchasing/Income/Reports
  • Collections
  • Reconciling financial reports, such as balance sheet and profit and loss statements, and expense reports.
  • Enter checks, invoices, bills int our clients’ Quickbooks files.
  • Contacting clients regarding accounting matters.
  • May assist in the closing of various company books daily, weekly, monthly and/or quarterly.
  • May assist with tax preparation of monthly sales, quarterly payroll tax returns, among others.
