• Accurately complete work orders and ensure compliance with DOT and safety regulations

• Communicate effectively with service managers, dispatch, and team members to ensure quality and efficiency

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe mobile workspace

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

• 3+ years of hands-on diesel repair experience

• Familiarity with diagnostic software, scan tools, and repair equipment

• Strong troubleshooting, mechanical, and problem‑solving skills

• CDL or ASE certifications are a plus (not required for all roles)

• High attention to detail and a safety-first mindset

• Willingness to work overtime or on-call shifts when needed
