Job Description

As a Senior Warehouse Manager, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations—including inventory management, logistics, team supervision, and workflow optimization. You’ll ensure that all products are received, stored, and shipped accurately, while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow

• Lead, train, and mentor warehouse supervisors and team members

• Manage inventory accuracy through audits, cycle counts, and process control

• Develop and implement operational policies to improve efficiency and reduce costs

• Collaborate with logistics, purchasing, and production teams to coordinate shipments

• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards

• Analyze key performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

✅ Experience – 5+ years of progressive warehouse or logistics management experience
✅ Leadership – Strong ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
✅ Knowledge – Expertise in inventory control, shipping/receiving, and supply chain coordination
✅ Technical Skills – Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office
✅ Analytical Skills – Ability to use data to identify inefficiencies and optimize operations
✅ Commute – Must reside within a reasonable distance (60 minutes or less commute)
