General Laborer

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable General Laborer to support daily manufacturing operations. This position involves hands-on assembly, machine operation, material handling, and maintaining efficient production processes.

The ideal candidate has experience using hand and power tools, enjoys working in a team environment, and takes pride in producing quality work safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Assembly & Production

• Assemble products using hand and machine assembly methods.
• Operate production equipment according to established procedures.
• Load and unload machines with materials and components.
• Monitor production processes and identify potential issues.
• Complete tasks accurately while meeting production goals.

Material Handling

• Move and organize materials throughout the production area.
• Stack and prepare materials for processing.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and staging materials.
• Maintain an organized and safe work area.

Safety & Quality

• Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet requirements.
• Communicate any equipment or production concerns to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools required.
• Ability to operate machinery and follow detailed instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with machine operation.
• Experience with material handling or lumber-related production.
• Familiarity with assembly processes and production equipment.
