Key Responsibilities

Guest Room Cleaning

• Clean and tidy guest rooms to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
• Replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
• Ensure rooms are ready for guest check-in promptly

Public Areas & Common Spaces

• Maintain cleanliness in hallways, lobbies, elevators, and other public areas
• Empty trash receptacles and restock supplies in common areas
• Assist with laundry duties as needed

Teamwork & Communication

• Follow daily cleaning schedules and instructions from supervisors
• Communicate effectively with the front desk and maintenance staff
• Uphold hotel safety and sanitation standards at all times

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays

Preferred

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or similar setting
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
