We are seeking highly organized and results-driven Restoration Project Managers to lead and oversee property restoration projects from initial assessment through completion. This role involves managing field teams, coordinating with clients and insurance adjusters, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of services following water, fire, mold, or storm damage. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, technical restoration expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage restoration and mitigation projects, including water, fire, mold, and storm damage
  • Conduct site inspections, scope development, and estimate preparation using industry software (e.g., Xactimate)
  • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and equipment to ensure timely and efficient project execution
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters, and third-party administrators
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Document job progress, maintain accurate records, and submit required reports
  • Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
  • Respond to emergency calls and manage after-hours or on-call responsibilities as needed
  • Train and mentor field staff to uphold company standards and best practices
  • Collaborate with internal departments on invoicing, collections, and job closeout procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in restoration, construction, or project management
  • Strong knowledge of IICRC standards and restoration techniques
  • Proficiency in Xactimate, Microsoft Office, and project management tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks under pressure
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying environmental conditions

Preferred Certifications

  • IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT, etc.)
  • OSHA 10/30 Certification
  • PMP or equivalent project management credential
  • Experience working with TPAs and insurance carriers
