Salary: $20.00 - $25.00/HR

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:00pm

Duties:

Prepare work for assembly by reviewing assembly instructions, blueprints, specifications, and parts lists.
Gather and organize parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials needed for production.
Assemble mechanical components and finished products according to engineering and quality standards.
Inspect parts and components to ensure proper fit, function, and alignment.
Verify product specifications by performing measurements and quality checks on completed assemblies.
Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues, making adjustments as needed to meet specifications.
Communicate production or material concerns to supervisors and team members.
Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment and report malfunctions or repair needs.
Maintain inventory of assembly supplies and assist with stocking and material replenishment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

1–5 years of mechanical or manufacturing assembly experience preferred.
Ability to read and follow written work instructions, assembly procedures, and production documentation.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
Experience using measuring tools to verify dimensions and product accuracy.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to perform complex assembly tasks with minimal supervision.
Proven ability to complete work accurately, efficiently, and with minimal defects or rework.
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the workday.
