We are seeking reliable and hard-working Warehouse Associates to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving & Inventory

  • Unload incoming shipments and inspect for damage or discrepancies
  • Verify contents against packing slips and purchase orders
  • Accurately record received items in inventory systems
  • Organize and stock products in designated storage areas

Order Fulfillment & Shipping

  • Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications
  • Prepare shipments with proper labeling, documentation, and packaging
  • Operate shipping systems and coordinate with carriers for pickups
  • Maintain accurate records of outgoing shipments

Warehouse Maintenance

  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
  • Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs
  • Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or related field preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, bend, or walk for extended periods
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Forklift certification or experience operating powered industrial trucks
  • Experience with inventory management systems or barcode scanners
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a plus
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or manufacturing environments
