General Labor

Located in Delray beach, FL

We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to support a variety of manual tasks at our job site(s). This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and productive environment. The ideal candidate is physically capable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions with a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and hazards
• Assist skilled trade, light industrial, construction, mitigation, and logistics companies as needed
• Operate hand tools, power tools, or machinery under supervision
• Follow all safety procedures and wear the required protective gear
• Perform general upkeep, maintenance, and organization of work areas
• Transport supplies to and from designated areas
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and report progress to supervisors
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in general labor or manual work is a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor in various weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team setting
• Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks
• Must pass a background check and drug screening (if required)
• A valid driver’s license may be required for some assignments
