Express Employment Professionals of River Falls, WI is currently recruiting for a company in Woodville who is searching for Assembly and Machine Operators to join their team!

Shifts and Pay:

A Shift - Wednesday/Thursday/Friday and every other Saturday 6am-6:15pm - $19

B Shift - Wednesday/Thursday/Friday and every other Saturday 6pm-6:15am - $21

C Shift - Sunday/Monday/Tuesday and every other Saturday 6am-6:15pm - $19

D Shift - Sunday/Monday/Tuesday and every other Saturday 6pm-6:15am - $21

Job Duties:

1. Operates and tends machines that perform one or more packaging functions, both assembly and downstream packaging automation equipment.
2. Stages packaging material or WIP components; ensures quality of finished product, stamps and packs on assembly and downstream packaging automation equipment.
3. Perform visual and basic dimensional inspections to determine overall acceptability and quality of ware.
4. Accurately inspects and packs product correctly to ensure customers get a consistent, quality product.
5. Label ware and track quantities.
6. Use of scales.
7. Communicate problems to process technician or supervisor.
8. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

1. Ability to work independently and on a team as needed.
2. Production experience preferred!
3. Ability to lift up to 50lbs independently.
