Job Overview:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and maintaining efficient office procedures for our clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and job candidates with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Provide administrative support to the office, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating hiring processes.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring sufficient stock levels.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing expenses and invoices.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor.
