As a Laundry Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of laundry facilities for our valued clients. Your attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-notch service will contribute to maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards within the establishments we serve.

 

Responsibilities:

• Operate laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and ironing machines.
• Sort and separate laundry items according to color, fabric, and cleaning instructions.
• Pre-treat stains and handle delicate fabrics with care to prevent damage.
• Load and unload laundry machines while following safety guidelines.
• Monitor and control the equipment's settings to ensure proper washing, drying, and ironing.
• Fold, stack, and package laundered items neatly and efficiently.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and remove any damaged items.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including keeping laundry supplies stocked.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold a high level of professionalism.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a laundry or housekeeping role is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Ability to handle and operate laundry equipment effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify stains, damaged items, or potential issues.
• Strong work ethic and reliability to meet scheduled shifts.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
