Position: Floater

Pay: $19.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Location: Flathead Valley

What You’ll Do

• Assist in multiple departments throughout the shop
• Fold linens and help in the wash bay
• Roll mats and support production tasks as needed
• Perform general labor duties and step in wherever help is needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace

What You Bring

• Ability to lift 10–20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn different tasks and support various teams
• A positive attitude and readiness to stay active throughout the day
