Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Bilingual (English & French) customer service representative with action sports product knowledge in Barrie Ontario. The ideal candidate will have product knowledge in action motorcycles.

Requirements:

• Bilingual (English French)
• Provide phone and email support for all technical and warranty issues
• Support warranty inquiries
• Provide timely response and action to Dealer or Internal requests for technical information.
• Assist in resolving product issues related to owner complaints or other customer issues.
• Assist dealers as necessary to obtain needed parts, resolve product technical or customer issues.
• Accurately document contacts in the appropriate database
• Attend Corporate consumer shows and dealer meetings
• Provide support for dealer technical training modules and tracking of training.

EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

• Minimum College diploma a.
• Experience with motorcycles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual (French)
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills required, specifically Excel required
• A valid driver’s license is a job requirement
• Able to travel across Canada to support dealers as required
