We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Technician to help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of our properties. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and can perform routine landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks safely and efficiently.
Mow lawns using commercial mowing equipment.
Trim weeds and grass around buildings, fences, sidewalks, and landscaped areas.
Rake and remove leaves, grass clippings, and other yard debris.
Pick up and remove litter and trash from the property.
Empty trash and recycling containers as needed.
Trim and maintain bushes, shrubs, hedges, and small trees.
Assist with seasonal landscaping and grounds maintenance projects.
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely.
Report maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day.
Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license is preferred.
