Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Plant Supervisor for a full-time, permanent opportunity at a large, established manufacturer in Orlando and throughout Central Florida.

Job Details:

• Salary Range - $26.00/HR - $30.00/HR (depending on skills and experience)
• Schedule - Monday - Friday - between the hours of 4:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
• Full-time, permanent opportunity!

Job Duties:

• Overseeing all of the operations of a plant.
• Managing 7-15 employees, meeting projections, and ensuring quality.
• Responsible for troubleshooting problems, resolving conflicts, and employee training.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of management/leadership experience is required.
• Must have strong communication skills to lead, direct, and train employees.
• Manufacturing/Industrial experience.
