A local South Calgary client is searching for an experienced Shipper/Receiver candidate to join their team.

Shipper/Receiver Wage: $20/hour

Shipper/Receiver Responsibilities: 

• Inspect machinery before use to ensure it is working properly.
• Unload product from incoming trucks
• Identify shortages/damages and communicate with pertaining parties upon receiving a load
• Label the product correctly before storing it in designated coolers based on temperature
• Use of wireless RF Scanning equipment
• Select orders in an accurate and timely manner according to the picking slip
• Load orders accurately and safely in trucks as per the shipment confirmation
• Ensure receiving report, picking slip and shipment confirmation are completed as per company policies
• Handle product in a manner that prevents contamination and/or damage
• Ensure full compliance with all operating, sanitation and safety standards
• Other responsibilities relevant to the position will be assigned as required

Shipper/Receiver Requirements: 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• High school diploma/GED required
• Lift up to 50 lbs

Shipper/Receiver Wage:  

• $20/hour
