Machine Operator - 1st & 2nd Shift

Location: Bloomington-Normal, IL
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00/hour
Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Previous machine operating or production experience is preferred, but candidates who are eager to learn, take direction well, and demonstrate a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing and production machinery safely and efficiently
• Monitor equipment performance and product quality
• Load materials into machines and remove finished products

Qualifications:

• Previous machine operation, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Coachable attitude and willingness to accept feedback
