Central Station Operator Summary
Location: Lowell, MA
Starting Salary: $20/hour

Hours: overnight 

10 PM to 6 AM SU, M, W, TH and

10 PM to 8 PM F

This is a part time, temp to perm position

Responsibilities of the Central Station Operator:

·         Monitor Fire Alarm / Security Alarm Panels

·         Dispatch on Appropriate municipal dispatch

·         Call customers on signals received

·         Answer calls for the answering service

·         Monitor RMS unit’s cameras and call the appropriate call list when alarm sounds

·         Occasional Data Entry

·         Place Accounts online

Qualifications of the Central Station Operator:

·        Attention to detail

·       Good Communication skills

·       Good Customer Service Skills
