Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–7:30 PM.

Job Description.

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Janitorial Team Member to help maintain clean, safe, and well-kept facilities. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent weekday, part-time hours.

Responsibilities.

• Perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties throughout the facility
• Remove and dispose of trash
• Clean and maintain common areas, offices, and other assigned spaces
• Perform light, unskilled maintenance tasks as needed, such as changing ceiling tiles and lightbulbs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Complete other general cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Reliable and dependable
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Previous janitorial or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be comfortable performing light physical work
• Must be able to navigate stairs with ease. The buildings are two stories and require frequent use of stairs.
