Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Technician

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $15.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Technician to help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of our properties. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in keeping grounds well-maintained, and can perform routine landscaping and groundskeeping tasks safely and efficiently.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform general groundskeeping and landscape maintenance.

• Mow lawns using commercial mowing equipment.

• Trim weeds and grass around buildings, sidewalks, fences, and landscaped areas.

• Rake and remove leaves, grass clippings, and other yard debris.

• Pick up and remove litter and trash from the property.

• Empty trash and recycling containers.

• Trim and maintain bushes, shrubs, hedges, and small trees.

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property.

• Operate landscaping equipment safely and report any maintenance issues.

Qualifications

• Previous groundskeeping or landscaping experience is preferred but not required.

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.

• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Valid driver's license is preferred.

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday through Friday

• 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

• $15.00 per hour
