Job Duties:
Diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers
Provide excellent customer service by explaining issues and solutions clearly to customers
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot appliance malfunctions
Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service details
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and parts are readily available
Follow safety protocols and ensure that all repairs meet industry standards
