Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Accounting Analyst for a reputable company in the Flathead Valley.

Position: Accounting Analyst

Pay: DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Flathead Valley

What You’ll Do

  • Perform daily accounting and finance activities
  • Provide courteous, professional customer service
  • Process payables and support cash management functions
  • Use Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) to maintain and update formulas
  • Handle printing, shipping, ordering, and mail tasks
  • Enter data using 10‑key and maintain accurate digital records
  • Maintain confidentiality and meet assigned performance goals
  • Support general office operations as needed

What You Bring

  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience
  • Prior banking experience preferred
  • Basic accounting knowledge and strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including moderately complex formulas
  • Proficiency with computers, typing, and 10‑key
  • Ability to remain professional and respectful—even in challenging situations
  • Must be bondable and able to pass a pre‑employment background check

Physical Requirements

  • Typical office environment with extended computer use
  • Periods of sitting, standing, walking, and light movement
  • Occasional lifting or moving of up to 30 lbs
