Monday - Thursday 2:30pm to 1:00am

 Due to ITAR Regulations, must be U.S. Citizen or permanent Resident and have current passport or certified US Birth Certificate


The Facilities Maintenance primary responsibility is facility preventative maintenance, repair, and custodial duties and to work as a cross functional team member with department associates.

Job Duties:

• Responds to and prioritizes requests from associates for department or individual assistance.  Completes work on a timely basis. Attends and participates in department meetings.
• Inspects and cares for interior and exterior of buildings and other structures on a regular basis to determine needed maintenance and repairs.
• Cleans machining equipment using cleaning solvents, cloths, vacuums, or other equipment.
• Completes minor HVAC, painting, carpentry and masonry work.
• Inspects and cares for equipment on a regular basis to determine needed maintenance and repair.
• Performs electrical maintenance, such as replacing and repairing electrical fixtures, and plumbing maintenance, such as replacing and repairing leaking faucets. 
• Installs modular offices to accommodate associates.
• Safely uses and maintains appropriate hand, power and specialty tools
• Inventories machine parts and supplies.  
• Removes snow and adds salt to entrances and exits

• Power tools
• Pallet Jack
• Laptop computer

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Education  Required: High School diploma/GED
• Experience:  Must be able to read and understand maintenance manuals
