Position: Accounts Payable Clerk

Hours: 7 am-3:30 pm Mon-Fri

Location: Foreman, AR

Pay: $22-28/hr

Complies with data related to accounts payable and the processing and payment of vendor invoices.  Performs daily data entry in Microsoft Office Excel, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne AP System, and ImageNow document management system

• Inputs accounts payable and invoices information into the imaging Approval Process System
• Handles process to forward plant invoices, freight, and garnishments info to the Accounts Payable Account System
• Verifies expense reports
• Inputs journal entries into Accounting System and scans journal entries into Imaging System
• Provides AP assistance and support to the plants, sales offices, terminals, and corporate personnel
• Check AP payment reports for accuracy and handles the distribution of AP checks for mailing
• Assists in the W9 Process
• Scans and indexes account reports into Imaging System and handles other account filings
