The ideal candidate will have a wide range of repair and maintenance skills, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to completing high-quality work efficiently and safely.

Job Description

As a Handyman, you’ll be responsible for performing general maintenance, repairs, and installations in residential and commercial properties. You’ll handle a variety of tasks including painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work, ensuring all projects meet safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks as assigned

• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall repairs

• Paint interior and exterior surfaces as needed

• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and provide repair solutions

• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of supplies

• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes

Requirements

✅ Experience – 2+ years of experience in general maintenance or handyman services
✅ Skills – Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry techniques
✅ Tools – Must have own basic tools (preferred)
✅ Physical Ability – Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical labor
✅ Reliability – Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and customer service skills
✅ Commute – Must reside within a reasonable distance (60 minutes or less commute)
