Salary: $21.00 an hour

Express Employment of Downey is currently seeking GENERAL PRODUCTION SUPPORT for a liquid dye manufacturer in the city of South Gate, CA.
 
Schedule: 7:30AM to 4PM (Monday through Friday)
Pay: $21.00 an hour
Employment Type: long term, temp to permanent hire
 
Responsibilities:
  • Shipping of products
  • Pull and fill orders
  • Package/label product
  • Receiving of raw materials, customer materials and supplies
  • Assist with cleanup and aerosol can disposal
  • Ability to operate sit down forklift
  • Other tasks as needed or assigned
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years experience in a warehouse support role
  • 2+ years forklift experience required
  • MUST comply to all PPE requirements (e.g. safety goggles, air purifying respirator etc.)
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • Be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
  • Ability to follow instructions and work with limited supervision
