Our client in Chicopee is looking to fill several 2nd and 3rd shift Selector positions.

Job Description:

The Order Picker is responsible for unloading and picking orders from racks. The Order Picker will be trained in the warehouse operations and processes.

There is room for advancement after a 3, 6 and 9 month review.

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform inventory control to ensure that all items are accounted for in inventory.
• Ensure that all items are stored appropriately in the warehouse or on site at customer locations.
• Ensure that all items are returned to stock locations in a safe and orderly manner.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
• May be required to work in the freezer/cooler areas.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to read/speak/write English.
