Monday – Friday  5:00 am - 1:30 pm

The Deburring Specialist is expected to perform all operational requirements to facilitate the safe removal of burrs, sharp edges and the surface preparation of products on time and to print specifications.

• Completes work as assigned and follows the daily work schedule.
• Follows established deburring practices. Sets up deburring work; edges, sands, drills and knifes manifolds; and uses compressed air.
• Prepares and maintains hand tools and sanding equipment.
• Visually inspects work and quality of parts. Assists in writingnon-conformance reports when necessary.
• Reviews standard cycle times and actual cycle times.
• Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Previous experience in deburring role and/or with hand tools.
