Within this role you will be asked to do the following, but not limited to:

• Providing superior service to individuals on the phone and in person
• Recruiting Employees for a variety of positions
• Daily support and encouragement of associates on assignment
• Growing and maintaining strong client relationships
• Working with urgency daily to help place employees out to work
• Maintaining strong relationships with associates
• Develop and maintain excellent communication and support of internal team members
• Accurate, fast paced data entry daily
• Ensure process management and compliance
• Daily auditing for accuracy and completeness
• Assisting applicants with the interview process
• Administering testing and follow up evaluations as needed
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and follow through
• You will be required to work with urgency with a very high level of attention to detail
