Location: Mason, MI

Pay rate: $22.50 per hour plus $1.50/hr for 2nd shift premium!

1st and 2nd shifts available

Job Duties: 

• Fit and weld sub-assemblies into final product.
• Will perform flat and horizontal groove welds.
• Accurately measure within specified tolerances.
• Must be able to read blueprints and have good math skills.
• Perform flat and horizontal fillet welds.
• MIG welding
• Mostly production welding, some fabrication

Qualifications: Must have some welding experience

Candidates must be able to successfully pass a 1-inch gap weld test and a measurement assessment. Applicants should be qualified to weld aluminum and/or steel and possess a strong working knowledge of fillet and groove welding techniques. Proficiency in reading and interpreting specifications, shop drawings, schematics, and blueprints is required.

The ideal candidate will be able to follow established weld procedures, perform all essential job functions safely and efficiently, and demonstrate attention to detail. Strong communication skills, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining a professional, team-oriented work environment are essential.
