Salary: Up to $65,000

Inside Sales Coordinator (Prefer Industrial Manaufacturing Experience)

$55,000-$65,000 (including annual profit sharing bonus)

Position Description

  • Order Entry, including updates to customer order schedules
  • Coordinate with Production Manager to assure all customer shipment schedules are met
  • Preparing all shipping documents, including BOL’s. Pack List, Shipping manifest, Etc.
  • Preparing and managing all daily invoices for all customers, including entry of all data in Visual Manufacturing system
  • Coordinating with Sales, Production and Customers to schedule trucks for shipment
  • Reporting of any customer relationship issues or problems
  • Receiving all raw material in Visual Manufacturing system and issuing all Inventory tags.
  • Miscellaneous Office Requirements – various duties related to maintaining overall office function including mail, filing & record keeping, answering incoming calls, receiving visitors and directing job applicants.
  • QMS quality system participant
  • pecial project assignments as required ; periodic travel to customer sites as required

 

Minimum Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma with 2 year associate degree or High School Diploma with business school courses
  • College degree and technical training preferred

 

Minimum Experience Requirements:

  • 2+ years customer service, logistics, inventory or accounting experience required
  • Demonstrated computer experience in Word/Excel/Power Point
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills critical
  • Windows based database software experience helpful
  • Math and analytical skills critical
